Looking to buy not lease

I've recently decided to buy my first MBZ I want to negotiate a good deal but I'm not sure where to begin. To start I'm not sure of the type of discount(s) I should try and negotiate base don my area and this will be my first MBZ. Additionally, I've tried to find help on line but have experienced difficulty finding a site where i could get an idea of what dealer cost is for the car I want. Lastly, I want to know if their are any MFG to DLR incentives, cust incentives, et-cetera that I should be aware of. I'm interested in a E350 Sport Sedan P1 with panoramic roof. I would really appreciate any help you can offer.. Thanks

Quick question. How have you paid for your cars in the past and how long do you normally keep them?

Normally finance and keep them several years. But this will be a cash purchase. I've decided to look at cpo's and have found a few that match what I'm looking for. But they're asking high $40's. Based on what I've read in the forums, it appears they're asking for what the sale price was, or could have been when originally sold as new. So I assume I should be able to get the price down about 5k to the low $40's.
