I have bought a 2007 CPO E350 which also has 2 years of extended CPO warranty. I bought the vehicle from the private party. Now can anyone advice how to get warranty transferred on my name. It is confirmed that such warranty is transferable. I have even filled up a "change of owner cum new address" form (got it from user's manual book) and sent it to Mercedes Benz US. Even previous owner tried to call MB USA and talked to them, but they did not have any idea what to do. Local dealer is also not co-operative.
Can anyone advice, how warranty can be transferred?
