Advice for possible $40k 09 C63 purchase!

Hi guys, I have a chance to get a white/black 09 C63 w/ 14k miles with all the packages except the P030 and the iPod cable option for $40k. It's under warranty of course and being sold by the second owner who got it from a authorized Mercedes dealer. The only minor issue is that it it had a complete custom paint job done by the first owner when the guy bought it. There are certainly no accidents or anything to hide but I know it lowers resale value regardless. Anyway, if someone could post Manheim prices for the car and/or give me advice, I'd gladly appreciate it. Thanks!

Sounds like a steal! My C300 4M was more than that OTD new!!!

I'm MAD!!!!!!!

Well you got a brand new car! Congratz! Mine is the model year without backup camera and keyless which I wouldve liked..

That's very low miles and these cars are strong, so you're getting a really good deal if it's been taken care of well.

What does the custom paint job look like?
