why not just sell the car using autotrader.com instant trade in offer.. you might take a loss but you might actually break even.. i just broke even on a 45k car.. instead of swapping lease.. face it.. no one is gonna want your 1200/mo lease lol

Disagree. First off $1150/month isnt bad for that car. Second, some people may only want the car for a year and a half with zero liability, you cant get that from the dealer. Just drive and hand in when the M157's come down in price a bit. Third...just let the dude sell his car huh?

That's actually a pretty good deal. I've been trying to swap my black series for a while and have had no shortage of interest, it's just that MBFS won't approve the transfer unless the other guy has outstanding credit. I'm not sure what their standards are but I've had doctors turned down.
 Good luck to you, I hope you have better luck with the approval process than I have.
