What is going to be a good deal on financing?

Finally got to the dealer and placed order.
S550V4
792 Palladium w 805 silk beige nappa leather
P01 Premium pkg
104 spolier
321 sport pkg
463 heads up
501 surround camera
610 night view
731 walnut wood
735 exclusive trim
793 19" wheels
872 heated rear seats
997 drivers assist pkg
$120,035 less 10K plus tags and tax, still need to work out the lease or purchase rates. Production date 9-2-14. Delivery in oct.
All the other dealers were only talking 5k or less off.
As said before, the wait begins.
Now do i lease? What should i check against dealer finance guy? Money factor?
Or should i buy at 1.99 loan rate?
Coming off s class lease from s350 2012. Buy out for the car is 80k and wholesale for same car is only 50k. Not my problem. One good thing about the lease.

That's a very solid deal - looks like ~$500-800 above invoice + incentives (which seem to be $2k-2.5k right now).

It looks like MBFS's money factor on the '15 S-Class is 0.00150, which should be a promotional factor and thus ineligible for MSDs. IIRC you can combine AutoPay with subvented MFs, so you should be able to get it down to 0.00140, which is APR of 3.36%.

For 36mo/10k the residual is a pretty horrid 52%, so you should be seeing monthly ~$1800.18 + tax, if I've done my math correctly.

Car is due at the dealers on 9-30. Do you think there will be a jump in rates for oct? What would be the best terms to ask for with no money down. 24, 30 or 36 with 10 or 12k mileage. If you go over 10 k mileage is the rate equal or the same as .25 per mile if you calculate out to,12 k mileage?
Any input appreciated.
Thanks

From what I can work out of MBUSA website, the October MF on MY15 S-Class is down to 0.00131 or 0.00130.

Residual for 36/10 is still an awful 52%. 36/12 should be 51%, and 36/15 should be 49%.

Incentives also may have gone up too, since it appears to be $3000 now. You may be able to squeeze out another $500-$1000 off the purchase price.

Now incentives on 2015's and lease rates are at .00130 (buy rate) for up to 36 months. And to let you know, there will more than likely be marked up. No one (should) give you buy rate on leases, unless your finance manager doesn't want to make money.
