B class broken suspension spring

b class 180 2006
B class broken suspension spring
The suspension spring on my b class 40000 miles 3 1/2 year old car, broke today! Has anybody else experienced this problem? Should MB be fixing this at their cost, even though the car is just out of warranty.

my ex's B200 turbo also has the right front spring broken this monday... the right front tire also get ruined. I am looking for instructions on how to get it replaced. Her's 2006 model, and is just over 100,000km...
