B200 HID Install
Flickr problem was solved with a 4700uf 16v capacitor
Long leg is positive, short one is negative.
The long one, has to be connected to the positive (red or blue) cable of the signal cable of the hid bulb. The short leg, has to be connected to the black cable of the signal cable of the bulb.
Here's a pic of the cable i'm talking about.
If it's not well connected, it will get very hot, and start releasing some smoke...turn off lights. If nothing happens, it's ok. U have to get some electrical tape on it, to protect it.

I have just installed my H7 Xenon Hid Kit (Chinese Kit), and everything worked fine without need of adjustments.
That means that I just pluged the HID kit and everything worked, no sign of Light failure in the Cluster.
Maybe my kit was different from yours, but the fact is that it worked like a charm!
