Rear Seat belts don't retract
My B class is about 3.5 years old. The rear seat belts are extremely slow at retracting and sometimes need help from me.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how was it fixed? -my dealer says there's nothing they can do!!

They are not designed to retract tight. There is also a buckle holder for the metal insert up near the D pillar. This stores the belt out of the way for when the seats are folded down.

The belt might be kinked. Pull the belt as far as it can go. Take out any folds (has happen on many of my cars). Seat belts are a safety item and usually covered under a longer warranty. Compare the retraction rate with the other belts to see if it is normal. Also look for junk that may have fallen in the retraction unit.
