Cartronics Very Bad
I placed an order for the Itronic BT on March 2, 2012 but to date have not received any shipping notification. I emailed them twice in the past week to verify the status of my order but have not received a single email correspondence from them. When I call their line, my call gets forwarded to the following number 850-916-7777 whose mailbox is full. This is highly unprofessional and exhibits very poor customer service. If I don't received any feedback from Cartronics.com by EOD tomorrow, I'll certainly be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.

No Response from Cartronics
I also ordered the anystream device from their site last week, but it has been around a week and I haven't heard back from them about the tracking number. I also tried to call them up but I have had same experience as add511. Unfortunately, I did a lot of research but missed this very important thread before placing the order.
Where is the site announcement regarding Cartronics.com? |
