The modding continues for my C350

I recently purchased and installed the C63 front and rear sway bars.

I am awaiting delivery of some Ultra Racing chassis stiffing bars

Today I got my Goodridge braided brake lines to replace the rubber OEM one currently installed. I don-t know whether to install these lines myself or just bring them to a shop that can do the brake bleeding following the installation of the lines.

Nice.

Same middle bars as mine. They're a lot better and more impressive than stock, huh?

Very interested to see how these lines go.

All the best.

The bars weigh twice the amount of the aluminum bars. I found the shorter brace was slightly warped. This weekend, I will install the other bars as well as install the brake lines and bleed the system.

I have completed the installation of the Goodridge brake lines and bled the brakes yesterday:

I also installed the front Ultra Racing chassis braces:

WOW! i wanna see the outcome of this!!!
please keep us updated and nice job...

definitely let me know if when you turn the lights on do they work as well as the factory lights work? For example when you start your car do the lights move in a square? or when you turn, does the curve illumination work? THANK YOU!!

Since they are the factory lights, they will work normally. All OEM wire harnesses, sensors, and control units.

Have you tried? Because i remember someone saying that the corner illumination is directly connected to the steering wheel and the turn signal indicator, and when you turn the steering wheel a little, the car picks it up and turns the corner lights on. Same goes for the turn signal indicator.

The steering angle sensor comes off the steering wheel control module which interfaces with the front SAM in order to drive the curve illumination. That, with the addition of the ILS control module and the level sensors, all of the telemetry is processed to guide the lights when active.

This retrofit has been performed by Steve at MBenzNL numerous times on several models of MB products, including the W204

Nice work !!!

I love the look (and added chassis prowess) of those replacement chassis bars, so tempted to get a set for my coupe

Also your going to love the difference and added capability of the Bi xenon intelligent headlights, they're so much better than the regular headlights.

I spent three long days of installing the front and rear level sensors, windshield washer reservoir, wire harnesses and the lights. I went to the dealer to have the front SAM SCN coded so that the car will at least let me have working lights and turn signals. I still have to finish installing the multi-function camera harness, and new windshield (the bracket for the camera is part of the windshield). After I have the rest of the parts installed, it will be back to the dealer to get the ILS and headlamp control modules programmed and calibrated

Also in the future is installing the rest of the parts for the lane tracking (steering wheel vibration motor and steering wheel control unit).

I will try to get some pics up later tonight or tomorrow in the morning.

Very nice retrofit of the bi xenon headlights! How much did it end up costing if ya don't mind me asking? That is the one package I wish had on my C300.

Nice job. I haven't been on the coupe forums in a while. What's your next mod? Are you planning to do any tunes?

I am hoping that Kleemann comes out with headers at some point so that I can do an ECU tune at the same time as the installation of headers
