Looking to "fix" my c250 coupe.
I upgraded from my beloved 2005 c250 to a 2012 c250 coupe (Palladium silver | Two tone interior) a few days ago and I have to say I am so in love with it, I don't know what took me so long!
I am thinking about "fixing" it. I'm a 23 year old female - I have limited knowledge when it comes to mods but appreciate a good looking car when I see one. Some input would be greatly appreciated.
Things I have in mind:
-Tinted windows (of course)
-Tinted tail lights (light or light medium?)
-Carbon Fiber front lip
-Spoiler
-Rims (20")- what are my options?
Should I drop it?

2015 Mercedes C220 CDI Coupe
Nice car, Palladium is a great colour. I like the 7-spoke 18" AMG rims on mine. Don't think I'd go 20" or lower it with roads we have around here. Tints would be a good idea, might get that do to mine, though haven't made my mind up.
Anyway enjoy your coupe.

MBWorld Fanatic!
+ 1 enjoy your new upgraded C Coupe
As per several other posts of mine on various other similar threads it's good to see some new C204 owners on here, not many original owners remain as most new car buyers are leasers and then move onto something else at the end of their lease term.
As for mods I agree with the above, I like to leave MB's as OEM as possible but there are some tweaks I'll always do, in the case of my C204 and what I would recommend is tint the windows, OEM boot lid spoiler, upgrade the wheels using alternative (and better looking) OEM's instead of aftermarket - I've got the 5 twin spoke C63 rims on mine for eg. - and do something about the odd looking single tail pipe exhaust, once again in my case I opted for a dual set up similar to but also distinctly different to a C350's set up along with a matching dual outlet diffusor which transforms the rear of the car dramatically, it's now nice and symmetrical looking but does not look like a C350 or C63 rear end

I think 20 inch rim and dropping the car would ruin the ride quality, IMO 19 inch is perfect. Depends on where you live, the road might be nice and not bumpy then dropping it might not be so bad.
Edit: as for the rim, its hard to give a recommendation when I don't know your personal taste and finance and there are so many choices.

QUOTE=Budgetstunts;6858626]Any rims u put is gonna degrade the ride quality ur putting more rim less rubber in my opinion my 12' c250 coupe had the sport package and it was firm to begin with so for me it was a no brainer why sacrafice the potential of the look of the car that it gets with 20's which looks absolutely stunning might i add for one inch less leaving it look like its lacking or cheap to me... when with 19's ur still gonna get the ruff ride? Smh if u want the look u sacrafice the ride quality a little bit ..stop crying ohh it rubbs its ruff its to much of a hassle ive had 20's with 35+ offset tires (poking past fenders a little) everyone said 50 48 positive offset was the way to go anything else ull rubb like as if it wouldent work at all or it wasent worth the hassle ..i wouldent give a millimeter of offset back ..it makes the car it creates the look.. ive been driving hard on it on messed up miami streets for almost a year now yea they rub on hard bumps yea i feel every little nook and cranny on the road ...but all i get are compliments and when i got people in my car they never ever complain only grin cause their happy to ride in such a pimped out whip...

Oh yea and the white led lights inside was the first thing i did along with 6k hids and leds in the city light best mod to start with.. i saw a guy put yellow leds in the city light or watever its called(the inside light in headlights) the yellow next to the factory halogens to my suprise worked really well to me anyways ill stick with my all whites but definenty love the change.. make sure they install leds with resistors installed to trick the computer into thinking the halogen is still there... same thing with HIDs high intensity discharge lights u need the special ones i forget what their called now but they wont giv u a problem..
