I love my 2012 C250 Coupe, but the performance is just not there. I cannot afford a C63 but would love to have that performance without the higher cost for the car and insurance. I'm thinking about swapping a perfectly good 1.8L turbo for an Chevy LS3 V8. This way I can get the performance I desire for the car I love. Anyone know of someone who did this? Looking for advice and ideas

If you're going to go through all that trouble to try to fit a LS3, you might as well go all out and do the LT4. That way you're not longing for more power.
