turned the car on this mornng and turned the radio on. i nearly jumped out of my seat. this strange LOUD sound (like a LOUD horn blaring ) was coming thru the speakers). its so loud it can be heard from outside the car. i think i can even hear it coming from under the wheel well(or the engine bay??). i tried changing the stations, shuting down and turning it back on, and lowering the volume, but it wont stop!. it only stops when i shut theradio off!! anyone ever hear of this happening??? This noise is extremely loud!! sounds like some sot of alarm, or some serious radio noise. any suggestions??

I have the same problem in my 2002 clk320 and it would not stop until i removed fuse #12, if there is a fix I would appreciate it
