C280 1994 Please Helllpppppp

Hi guys, I have a big problem i have a "C280 Sport 1994" the accelerator paddle started to have problem the first half press nothing happen then i u continue to press the paddle the car start to move but wont change gear normally and extremely slow, the "ASR" light flicker , all the dashboard light flicker to , and i started to have problem with the phone. what could it be ???? please help guys...

That's funny cause it says
"C-Class (W202) 1995-2000: C 200 CDI, C 220 CDI, C 270 CDI, C 180, C 200 K,C 230 K, C 220, C230, C 280" @ the top and "khalilnasser" has a MB C280????

That's what is saw as the header C-class(w202) 95-2000. Lets give him the benifit of the doubt for a year off.lol. Their is a mode that the car will sometimes go into not for sure why. And for the life of me can't think of what it's called. The car will not shift past second gear or stays in second gear even starting from a dead stop. Does the car idle properly? Will it rev up? Handicap mode,emergency mode i'll see if i can find it.
