1997 C230 w no center vent air flow. I've searched

Ok so I have no air out if center vents. Stuck on side and defrost. Air blows cold. Doesn't changed based on rpms.
I have 287k miles on my car.

I've read where someone said that you can move a belo beneath the glove box. I've taken the cover off the underside of the glove box but don't know what the belows are. I'm not going to take it to a shop and fix it properly bc in just using the car to go back and forth to work. All of 5 miles each way but would love cold air from center vents.
Please help!

Leaky bellows most likely. Would require tearing the dash apart to fix if that is the case. Whole system is run off engine vacuum. Not one of MB's better ideas.
