Question Looking for 12v positive behind stereo

Hi there,

I'm installing an aftermarket radio in my W202 C220 1994 model which does not have the Bose sound system.

I have managed to locate all the wires however I am unable to find the 12v constant that doesn't turn off when the ignition is off. Can somebody tell me where to find it? I have included a photo of my wiring below, i can't seem to find the same one online anywhere.

So right now my radio loses all it's data every time i turn off the ignition.

Also, is there a replacement antenna I could buy that doesn't go up and down every time the radio is switched on? Maybe like a smaller stubby one?

I have the same problem when I installed an after market unit.
Pain in the butt, but I live with it. I will follow and see what answers you get.
It only takes 2 minutes to remove, so it's not big task, Guess I am just lazy.

Yeah, its livable but its a massive pain. I was thinking of running a fused wire from the trunk battery but that's a heap of stuffing around.

Hopefully somebody on here knows where to find one closer.
