Syncing a key from a different car (1995 c180)
I was wondering if it is possible to sync a key from a different car to my car.
The dealership wanted €410 for a new key, so that is out of the question.

The dealership is way out of line on the price...
I assume your in Great Britain, so the key would come from Germany.
I don't know if the same rule applies there, but do you have to physically deliver the vehicle to the dealership to verify serial number and ownership?
My replacement cost was $300.00 US. Your paying $689.00 US, so you are getting screwed. Try other dealerships.
