2000 c230 running hot

2000 c230 running hot
Hi there i'm a new w202 owner!!! 
But i notice that my c230 is running hot, does't show on the dash temp gauge but on my Obd2 scanner show the engine working operation at a 230F the maximun i have seen with the a/c on... If i turn the a/c off temp will decrease..... Now, the electrc fans are spinning but not fast like in my other c280. on my c280 i can hear when they kick in..... Is this normal on this 4 cylinders?
