1995 C280 LCA Polyurethane Bushings Installation

Hi guys,
It was time to replace the LCA bushings on my car, so I purchased 2 sets. I've dropped both LCA's and replaced all 4 bushings, the rear ones were trashed completely (the car is 20 years old), but the front ones were in excellent shape , now i kinda regret replacing front bushings.
Anyway, i hit a snag when trying to install the arms back, original mounting hardware does not fit in.

I assume people have done this before, loooking for solutions..

After 2 days of soul searching and some help from guys on another forum I've decided to replace original bolts with camber/castor adjustment bolt kit or as MB calls it Repair Kit PN 202-330-01-18. Got them on order for 11$/ea at Pelican Parts. Should be here today.
Also there's a MB document AR40.20-P-0322-01B describing the replacement.

Now before a go for alignment I'll have to check the rear suspension, see if need to change some bushings as well.

Thanks for the help.

ZAYED,,
I'll see how they perform, i'll leave my feedback..

I got the bushings from Ebay at very good price, from Armstrong Distributers, so i wrote a complaint e-mail. And I have to say, i'm pleased with their response. They e-mail me back next morning saying I'm the first to experience such problems and after i've send them the details and some photos, they promised to investigate and get back to me. Not often i get such service.

DO POINT OUT THAT WE MANUFACTURE (TO SUIT MERCEDES EVERY MODEL 1967 TO 2015) FRONT CAMBER AND CASTER AND FOR THE REAR CAMBER WITH “EXTRA TOE” ADJUSTER KITS.

BONUS THEREFORE - Not only are the 4 main front suspension bushes replaced (and updated – 2 axis design with twice the load bearing area) but also are precisely adjustable for Camber and Caster!

K-MAC kits (unlike the inaccurate one position “bolt repair kits”) offer 3 times the adjustment range – and by means of a single wrench on car accurately under load direct on alignment rack (no disassembly required as with “repair bolts” each time).

Means precise adjustment to fix it right the first time and allowing ongoing/future capability to return vehicle to factory specs to resolve curb knock damage, steering pull, altering suspension height, load carry or fitting wide profile tires/wheels.

The K-MAC rear Camber kits also resolve costly, premature inner edge tire wear and move bottom of tire inwards – not push top of tire out – as is he situation with adjustable “Camber arms” reducing all important clearance top of tire to outer fender.

Front kit price $380, Rear $320.
Delivery one kit $30 or front and rear $40.

Can pay with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Average delivery time is 3 to 4 days.

So 2 days ago took the cat to the MB dealer for alignment... It was a hell of a drive there, the alignment was so bad , I could feel every little stone on the road...
I was worried a bit, cause of the aftermarket parts, but every thing went OK. 2 1/2 hr later got it back.
So far...I like how they (poly bushinhs) feel, it feels very stable on the road, and it a pleasure now to drive over bumps and pot holes...
I've used the poly bushings lubricant, so i'll have to watch when the squiking will start.
