Windshield wiper

So the other day i drove about 25 mins in the pooring rain, wiper worked about 20mins of that duration with no problems at all. Then it just stoped.. i returned it to the downward position and it hasnt moved since. That was about a week ago. Any input? Thanks in advance!

My apologies for sounding like a jackass, but what is the front sam, and where is it located?

Not to worry most MB drivers haven't got the FF idea where things are on their cars.

If the motor is running forget the relay, however will the arm\blade move at any speed setting??

No not at all. I was thinking that somthing may have gotten stripped. I can move the blade manualy but di dont wanna break it more that it is so i leave it. Blade had a little bit of resistance when moved.

Here is a video of a possible culprit. I did not record removing the cover so yeah. I recorded this a year ago.
