Does my car actually have air-conditioning?

Hey everyone, long time lurker first time poster! Just had a question about if my car actually has air-conditioning installed. It's a 2000 C200 CDI. It does have the EC button on the dash, and if I were to place both dials in the "coldest" position, should cool air flow on what is a relatively warm day?

Yes, you have the old non digital two zone system, however if you do what you suggested and the AC system is not faulty or lacks refrigerant then yes cold air should be coming form the vents!!

EC = Economy, this just runs climate control without the compressor input for better fuel economy.... When I first got my W202 I thought this was the AC button and was really worried that my AC was faulty!!!!
