I noticed that my car makes almost a knocking of feathering sound when it idles and revs. I was wondering if maybe this is the Timing Belt Tensioner, timing belt itself, or something of the like.

Any help is appreciated thank you!

It's probably your cam adjuster. Only do this if you have a scanner to erase codes. Disconnect the two pin connector on the magnetic solenoid. Start the engine and listen if it makes the same rattle noise. If it does it's something else but if the noise is gone then it's the adjuster.

So even with that plugged out it still makes this sound. I'm not exactly sure what it is. I feel as though it comes from the passenger side but not 100% sure. I checked all the fluids and everything seems to be good..
