C200 CDI ECU Upgrade/Remap
Hi!
I own a 2000 W202 C200 CDI 75kW/102PS and I would like to make it a bit faster. I recently drove 1999 W202 C220 CDI 92KW/125PS owned by a friend of mine and unsurprisingly his car was a bit faster than mine. Is there a easy way of making mine as fast his? I have compared turbo, injectors, high pressure pump, etc and it seems like its all the same...
Is it possible and easy to code my ECU with de 220 "parameters"? Is replacing the ECU with a 220 cdi one a viable option? If it is, do I have to replace the EIS and the ESL along with ECU, right? Do you have any other suggestions?
I'm not interested in "big" remaps and crazy turbo swaps, at least for now...
