What does everyone think of the ASA ST-4 double spoke wheels? They look like the AMG wheels for 1/3 the cost. I think I am going to order them from tire rack, any opinions? I would like to get the 17x7.5 on all 4. Anyone have experience or problems with these? Do the screws that surroyund the edge corrode, I would like to get these and sell my stock ones and then run them all year.

how about 18X8.5 235 all around?

i think if you are going to get replica's theres no point in getting 17s since you could get real 17s for just as cheap

Those are the same ones I want, chrome I think too. Ask hittin160s how he likes them, he got them. Don't bother with 17" get atleast 18". They should fit no problem.

Hey guys... FYI, the ASA's supposedly do not clear front big brake kits without spacers. One guy I know was disappointed when they did not clear his brakes, and even more disappointed when the hubcentric spacers he used to clear the brakes caused vibration issues. I recommend you look at TSW Bremma's if you have bbk.

Well...stock brakes are Brembo on the sport sedans and AMG's, but I don't think that's what you are asking. I am referring to any of the brake kits on C230 and C320 sport sedans, or C32 and C55's. Basically, if your car has the large cross drilled rotors with either "Mercedes Benz" or "AMG" stamped on the calipers, ASA wheels will not clear. Of course, if you upgraded to Brembo aftermarket BBK, ASA will not clear either. TSW Bremma is the only AMG replica wheel that has been known to clear the MB big brake kits.

Hey guys, Ive got the ASA ST4s in 19s and chrome. I just got them in the other day, have not been able to put them on yet, due to a mix up with the lug bolts, have new ones on the way. I bought them from a large rim shop in S. Texas, who came very highly recommended by Tirerack, one of their best dealers. I was told by the tech that they just did a 230SS two weeks before hand and they did have to use hub centric spacers that are not supposed to cause any vibration, but they are required to clear the brakes, due to available offset. I got 19 X 8.5" in the front, and 19 X 9.5" for the rear. Spacers up front, 10mm. I am supposed to get the new lug bolts on Tues/Wed. So, when I get them on, Ill let you know.
