That's actually cheaper than I was anticipating...Thanks bro...I did it so quickly today I actually forgot I installed clear side markers, lol I also picked up an OEM chrome license plate, amg valve caps and some meguiars from the dealership...so nice out today..

Yeah, it got a little breezy, but it was a lot nicer than it has been.
Yeah, once I figured out that I could buy a lens, as opposed to buying a whole new fog light unit, I was so excited and made the purchase almost instantly.
I got the chrome license plate, too, just last week. I got the slimline design with no wording. I didn't want to 'poser' with AMG frames, and I didn't really want the Mercedes Benz plate just because I thought it'd seem like I'm flaunting it. I mean, it's pretty apparent if you know ANYTHING about cars, I don't need a frame to tell peopel what it is. lol
I'd like some pics of the AMG valve caps, not sure if it's really worth the money and/or if it's even noticeable at all. And scumbags might steal em just for fun.

Yeah, the Sylvania Silverstars ran me $50 at AutoZone, but they're pretty good...well, that's my opinion. I'm sure some people on these forums have some pretty damn bright fogs, but I'm comparing the silverstars to the stock ones, and big improvement.

Possibly, there was another pair of Sylvania 9006 for around $37 as well as a few others of varying prices. And my motto is...when in doubt, get the most expensive one...so I did...LOL!

Well, they are def. brighter than stock fog bulbs and stock headlamps...so I'm satisfied....another thing I want to do is get the PIAA extreme white 168 bulbs for the city lights...only $12.59 from I think performanceproducts.com, and then some brighter headlamps eventually, but for the moment, I'd like to get rid of the yellow hue from the city lamps. I'm also interested in just making my front blinkers white too..make the whole front white, lol...i think it is illegal, but oh well...

Can you guys post the PN's from the lenses please?
Also, from what I've read, the Sylvania SS suck, burn out quickly.
I'm blown away by the light I'm getting from these Philips.
Got them on a store on yahoo.
I raised them up. They're very white, and damn, hella bright.
I bought the passenger side lenses today from the local stealer.
She (person in parts) raped me.
35 for the one lense, and it was only 15 for the drivers side.
But at least I know it's the right part.
Farrgiing eh!!

Dances with Chigga speak truth.
I just didn't have any handy. Couldn't locate a floor jack.
All my **** is buried in a storage unit.
I took a risk.
But didn't keep head there long.
Eye protection was not a factor.
Ug.
Beer is however, required for proper installation.
I got my bulbs here...

Really like these 4K halogens "Crystal Visions"
damn, they are bright!
Hopefully the mods will let the link stay.
They have Vision Plus too, in USA for like 20 bucks or something.
Best prices, and they are in USA and Philips bulbs really last.

2007 bulb sizes...help!!!
alright so im trying to swap out my fog lights on my 2007 c230 and cant seem to find the bulb size. the dealer says its a HB4 but they dont know the equivalent. i want to put in either HIDs in the fogs or xenon bulbs at the very least but HB4 isnt a readily available size. does anyone know if its just an H4 bulb? or a 9006 like the older models?
also i want to put stealth bulbs in the front turn signals and have had no luck finding a bulb size for those either. any ideas?
btw ive already tried the sylvania lamp replacment guide and there is no info for 07s yet...
thanks fellas

Merged with a bunch of threads regarding how to change the fog light bulb.
Just so we have it straight for EVERYBODY.
9006=HB4 Same bulb
2001-2007 w203 has HB4/9006 fog light bulbs.
End of story.

no dude your fog light use H4 not 9006, H4 use the same light base as brake light, so just take out your brake light and plug it in your fog light then you get to have red fog light in the front
