Folks.

I am here to annouce that JP@CarLAB will be off from CarLAB for sometimes due to his enormous school work. in the mean time he will be replace by Anthony@CarLAB. Any orders that was placed with JP@CarLAB since July 1st please email me @ dwongkar@carlabms.com to make sure that the orders is shipped / completed.

Regarding customer participating in the "headers project" you have to deal directly with JP from now on. As I left him the responsibility to handle this matter and all the deposits funds is already pass on to JP.

All the group buys posted by JP@CarLAB will be deleted and it will be replaced with a new updated ones.

We are dedicated to providing with great products and customer service and we are terribly sorry for all the inconvinience caused.

I was wondering why I haven't seen him online in a while...

Philip,

I got your email, I am very sorry for the delays, plus we are out on the 4300K bulb. I decided to send you a whole new kits anyway. I have been extremely busy at the shops. So as soon as i recieved a new shipment. I will ship those out to you.

Drex,

Jose is extemely busy with his study and I don't want to bother him. That is why I just left the headers project with him. We have a lot of orders from members of MBWORLD coming in and I don't want to get their orders falls behind schedule.

Anthony, on the other hand is a full timer at CarLAB, So he will be able to help and answer all the inquires.

Phil,

Check your email - I send out to you the tracking #. The shipment for the 4300K bulb came in yesterday, I send those out together with the harness.

Thanks Darwin. I got the e-mail and I guess you guys sent it out today b/c the tracking number doesn't work yet (it says "There is no record of this item.") Hopefully I'll have it by Sat.

I try to sent it out yesterday but I was waiting for the bulb to be delivered so I thought i might just wait and send everything at the same time.
