Talking Air Pump

I was reading in the Manual today that the car has an AIR PUMP thats so cool now i dont have to worry about blowing up my doll when i drive through the Holland Tunnel during the day.

Just so all you know the Holland Tunnel is a tunnel between NYC and NEW JERSEY and because of 911 you need 2 people in the car to go through.

But really whats the air pump for

Are you sure that the blow up doll is for the tunnel only and not for weekends?

Thanks for the offer, but not in the mood for your sloppy seconds. Besides, Xmas is coming up, so I might get one of my very own under the tree.

Speaking of hooters, that'd be fine to meet there. How about Wed or Thurs, 7ish?

I'm leaving tomorrow morning early, so I can't do it then. I'm driving down to Precise Mercedes in AC to talk to them about painting and installing my spoiler. They sell Renntech directly, so they won't give me any attitude about non-MB parts.

Let's see. How does that old saying go, "A dog smells his own dirt, first." Yea, that's it.

LOL... too funny

The real answer is that the air pump is used to temporarily repair a flat. There is probably a can of goop in the trunk as well which you put in the tire to seal a hole, then blow up the tire and continue on your way. Thats what its for in my C32 so Im gonna assume its the same for your car. I know what you do when you assume so I realize Im on a limb here.

Wink on the C230

the spare tire is flat... you have to inflate it. According to my sales monkey MB did this to save space in the back as the coupe is like 7" shorter than the sedan.

LOL, I haven't had sex with anything made of rubber, but I have had allot of sex with myself ;-)

I was going to post a new thread on this exact topic.

If you look in the cargo bay of the C230K, there is a plethora of interesting items!!!

Tools, band aids, tires, jacks!! And even gloves so you don't soil your hand.

Very cool MB, thanks!
