Just won this auction on ebay for $ 50 s/h incl..Here's the description:

Original factory Mercedes benz cassette radio Model#CM1010. Came off a 2002 C-320. I am not sure if this will fit other models.Works great. Upgraded to a navigation system.

Notice that the pic: Does it look like a cd player or cassette to you?...so I decided to buy it for my '03 c240. Could not find a satisfactory description on the item so I took a chance hoping it would be a cd player when it's delivered.
What do y'all think... Did I lucked out on this one or $50 down the drain?

That's not the cassette radio. It's the Audio 10 CD, nice sounding radio and indash CD. Fits 2001-2004.5 C class.

that is def a cd player. they must have wrote the description wrong.

S.O.B. sent me the original factory HU w/c I already have in my car.
She admitted putting the wrong pic...and took my money w/o a refund stating it was an inexpensive sale.What a loser!!! Guess it turned out to be a misfortune.

Yes it does. I hope she gets a painful lock-jaw!!!
I paid via paypal. I will just take this as a loss but I will surely give her a negative feedback.

just claim it with ebay that she said you the wrong item and refuse to replace it
show payapl the picuture in the auction and and item when you received.
and also tell ebay
they will handel it, but it's probably gonna take some time.

Report it to paypal and ebay, then in a few days give paypal a call and they might put her account on limited access, from their she'll be sorry she ever did that.

My friend once bought a cd player and was missing some
important wiring. He had a note and signature from a stereo
installer and thus paypal refunded the amount. Even when seller
denied it.

It took a while and you may have to talk to a few idiots, but
just persist. You have the notes of her fault.

Its not the amount, but the principal...
