I wouldn't be surprised if they voided your engine warranty because the CL grille defected your hood latch. :O.

I've only been threatened by 1 dealership about any warranty void and that was when Mercedes Benz of Encino used to be Auto Stiegler. Apparently, they didn't have a great service reputation.

ummm prolly not the only time that they can say somethin voids your warranty is if they can prove that the aftermarket part has caused the problem lets say K&N air filter damaged MAF b/c of oil or w/e

I dunno...doesn't it mess with the factory amount of air traveling through the grill??? I'd be careful and switch it back before you go in...

jokes aside, i did have an issue with the grill on my 230, but not at the dealer but at a bodyshop of all places! i purchased BIX for retrofiting and the dude at the shop almost refused to work with it b/c it wasnt OEM. what a douche. you shouldnt have any issues with this at the dealer.
