Depends how loud and deep you want it.
Magnaflow is cheap and pretty good but people complain it drones. Patrick Lowkey has magnaglows on his car and it sounds loud (he too has the kompressor).
I have the remus and it's fine for me (remus isn't loud as much compared to magnaflow and eisenman) but I got the 3.5 engine so its a little louder on mine.
for 600 bucks labor and magnaflow you can get a quad setup like rollnnn's
add maybe another 300 and you can get remus
add maybe 500 more to remus and you can get eisenmann

Out Of Control!!
Since an exhaust doesn't really do much other than make noise on our cars, I would vote for making better noise and upgrading the h/u, amp, and speakers/sub(s). A sound system would cost much more than an exhaust, so I'm not sure if there's an a versus b decision here.

I have the same HU and you won't regret it especially if you get the Alpine Theater amp and a center speaker like I did. I watch/listen DVD concert all the time, so it's worth it . If you even don't watch DVD concerts, the amp is still good enough to power up your stock speakers and convert all your music to DTS/Dolby 5.1
What about sub/amp?

For sub/amp? I have decent goods: JL W6v2 and JL 1/300amp
I'm not really an expert, but JL W7 10'/JL 1/500 amp would be good and better than mine. The amp is a little underpower, but good enough.
I'm running underpower amp for my sub, but it's more than enough for me since I just need good clean bass for my music and I can still turn up my bass if I want as I'm only running 1/4 turn in my amp now.

If you're going to go with the sound system route shoot a PM to Glyn (Glyn M Ruck). Not only is he a Mercedes expert but he is also an Audio expert as well.
Good Luck
