Mine was one of the first to come to the dealer and there was no C7 package at that time.

How much of a difference did you notice weight wise when you had them dipped? Can you post a "on car" pic

I didn't weigh them before and after so I have no idea. Lucas at tirerack can probably give you weight differences between a painted and chromed 16" wheel.

You can probably get the wheels chromed for $400 but then you would be without wheels for a while. Also you would have to demount and remount them so you have costs there. So if you can afford to be without your wheels for a while you can probably get it done for $500 including labor/tax.

Did u sell the tires already?

I need a set of rims/tires for the winter months, i know chrome isnt good for that salt, but that seeems like a great deal there.
