I'm guessing it's similiar to Parktronic where it tells you how far you are from an object behind your vehicle. Only downside to it is that you have to drill holes in your bumper.

This is a reverse parking aid sensors just like parktronic and they go directly into the rear bumber. You can find more information at www.bosch.com. I am asking 185.

Its only for the rear bumper and you do have to get holes drilled into the strip of the bumper which can be done very easily.

Please let me know if you still have the parktronic system. I am interested in retrofitting it in my car.

I'm curious how much it would cost to retrofit Parktronic to a C sedan also. Not absolutely necessary due to the size of the car, but everything helps!

Only possible for the rear with OEM MB after factory install kits...mercedes doesn;t offer parktronic for the front as a separate add-it-yourself kit.

greetingz,

getting parktronic

Steve just emailed me about the parktronic. He said he will let me know the price of the kit. It's a MB kit for the rear only. I assume it comes with everything you need to install it. Also, working on folding mirrors.
