Try & do a reset

I'm not very optimistic though. Sounds like a controller gremlin.

I try but the problem is still actual. I clear all errors and try, but Air Conditioner blower stop again. I read all errors and there have only one:
B1003: Component m13(Heating water circulation pump) or the line to the component has a short circuit to the ground or open circuit.
I check line to the ground, and there all is ok

Check that the circulation pump is running. If it fails or has no power the Aircon will mess you around. There is also a temp sensor in the aircon circuit that can cause this.

I had same issue about 3 years ago. I would just be driving and it would stop blowing for about a minute and then restart. Sometimes it would be days before it stopped again sometimes minutes.
The dealer replaced the blower regulator and that did not fix it, they than replaced the blower motor and that fixed the problem.

Does it happen in auto or manual or both? If it happens in the auto mode it could be a faulty temperature sensor otherwise the blower motor is probably the likely culprit.

Please also check that you have sufficient refrigerant pressure or the pressure sensor will shut the unit down.

Same problem
I am having the same problem. It randomly comes on and off in auto or manual modes and on rare occasions it starts blowing out hot air at my feet for a couple seconds, but if I have the rear seat blower on it still blows cold air.

Is vakity still around?
I just recently experienced AC problem with my 02 c320. It's turned to the highest and hottest by itself even the display show "0", and it'll stay on for a minute or so after ignition off. It's the luxury climate control. A friend works at dealer service dept brought over the computer and scan with no error code showed up. Just replaced the control unit. It becomes literally on and off and still not under control, but when ignition is off so is the AC. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Problem is solved. Having dismantled the control unit, which regulate the temperature. Inside a small fan that spirit to a resistor, which measures the temperature. They were very dirty and dusty and cleaned them, and also very corrector module. I did other things on top of the control module manages the panorama, a small hole which has the same fan resistor for temperature measurement, which was also very dirty. Cleaned it and it and resistors. Then all was fine. I do not know of what exactly is fine, but it works and the problem is solved.

Same problem on C320
I know this is an old thread, but I’m also having similar problems with my C320 ’01 even today.
I got several stored errors from the CAN (B1029, B1036, B1003, B1091, B110D)
When it’s hot outside, the car can suddenly pump in hot air in the coupe out of control.
And now when it’s cold outside, the fan does only start intermediately resulting in no heat.
I suspected that the fan only started inside the same time the cooler fan engaged. So I pulled out one fuse at the time for the air conditioning. And the fuse for the cooling fan did the trick! (The one in the engine room)
Although the cooling fan is now permanently disabled the heat works inside the car, and I’m in full control. J
I wonder if the error has something to do with the temperature sensor, for the cooling fan?!

Hello everyone!
I did find the culprit to my problems!
On the end the ac fan shut of completely making the search for the fault possible...
Long story short: Under the hood, under the black plastic cover that goes between the hood and the windshield on the right side of the car near the battery there is a smog detecting device mounted. (not showing on the wiring diagram) On my vehicle the cable was loose on that device barely making contact. When I just touched the contact my ac fan come to life! The contact has an inner and outer part and those weren't properly together hence the contact couldn't get seated properly. I adjusted those and my AC has worked like a charm ever since!
Apparently the company that replaced the windshield for the previous owner of the car couldn't attach the connector properly and used a cable tie to hold it in place.
