Stock location for the changer in 02 w203?

I got this car in 04 and put a full system in it. Since then I took it all out and put it back to stock.

I can't remember if there was a factory changer in the car and Id like to find the cable to see if I can turn it into an aux in.

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find this cable?

TIA...

Well, on my 2004, it is in the glove box and it is looped into the system via fiber optic cable which has an orange casing/isulation. There should also be a 12V wake-up wire that consists of three wires going to a small plastic housing. There are also a bunch of the same stuff in the passenger side rear trunk well on most 2004 and older cars as well. That is were you would hook up the factory sat radio module, telephone, etc.
