Simply.. No. Sorry. Other members can elaborate, but I can tell you that it is not a simple swap. Bose speakers have much different requirements.

I'm not exactly sure what the right answer is but i can tell you, on the Bose website, on its automotive section that is, it states that a car that doesnt have Bose cannot upgrade to one later on, BUT anything is a possibility.
Upgrading to a Bose amp isnt worth it if you dont get the complete set (the 10 speakers plus woofer, fiber optics running all over the place, amp, wiring of the audiopilot mic, ect.) After considering all that, ask yourself if its worth it from there. Upgrading to the amp only, will not improve your sound that much, considering the cost.
