Transfer Case is a huge pain!

So i got a 04 C240 4matic (i know it sucks and it's super slow) with 70,000 on it and the transfer case started to shudder more often and vibrate when i took sharp U turns when the vechile is cold. took it in and the dealer said yea it prolly needs a transfer case flush. 4 hours and $375 later i get a call from them saying "hmmm we flushed the transfer case fluid and the noise got worse....we're gonna hold on to it till monday and try to see if we can diagnosis it then since we're closing now..." WTF
