The insurance institute only tests head on colissions...

They need to start a more comprehensive program like in Europe.

Is that video on the web now? I saw it on TV when it happened. That was at Brazil last year, either during practice or qualifying, I think practice. Pretty crazy, it was Nick Heidfeld that hit it.

I went to that link and looked around and the C-class was only rated at 4-stars until they added the buckle up warning alert (read: idiot light) and that kicked it over to 5-stars. I thought that was interesting.

i like how on the euro site, they put the C-class sedan in the large family car category.

if only they could see the huge-*** boats and SUVs americans are used to. the C-class is small for an american car.

oh man, and they put the M-class as a large off-roader.

it's not much compared to a freakin suburban or ford excursion or whatever that behemoth is called.
