'02 C320 Wagon to C32 Conversion
I was just thinking...has anyone put a C32 powertrain into a C320 (wagon)? Can this be done? Anyone got any info on this? I was just thinking after I get my wife another car, I might take would take over the wagon. Maybe find a totaled C32 with a good powetrain and do the swap. It would make a great sleeper.

Thanks guys. I was more or less thinking out loud. The chances that I'm going to do this aren't real high, but it is a possibility (especially if I happen upon a deal on a totalled C32). Anyone have a price on the Kleeman kit? The nice thing about going the C32 route is all the other upgrades that I might be able to transfer also (transmission, brakes, interior). Plus, then I could just pull off the "0" on the back of the car.

03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
i think the kleeman supercharger is around $7500. I think its suppose to bring you up to around 330hp to the crank.

One Wagon that comes to mind is MIDO's. His project wagon has a beast of an engine in it. Check it out, there is a thread in the C32 section and I believe its called "Winter Project 700-800hp" I think. GL with the project if you go through with it but def get with PSHEK beforehand and pick at his brain on the swap.

If I went the Kleeman route, do you think the transmission/diff would handle the additional hp/tq?
If I did the C32 swap, I'd transfer over as much as possilble.

You mean buying the Kleeman supercharger for you N/A engine? If so it would be cheaper to just swap the engine out to a C32 engine IMO. Or you can find a C32 Wagon for sale and trade your car in for it along with the money you have for the swap.

Something Slow
the Kleemann S/C was made to work with the C320/240 Diff and Tranny... the thing is if you SWAP in the C32 AMG Engine you may need to get the C32 AMG diff, tranny & ECU.. i think...

An E55 or E63 wagon would be very cool, but also a lot more $. If I did this, I would be looking at $5k-$10k total.

That's not bad. I thought it would be a lot of money for the conversion. I heard the 55 and 63 wagons are very hard to find (pretty rare).

follow up to this... anybody ever do it? I'm sourcing a good body wagon and C32 to do the swap myself. I have an E55, CLK55 and C320 4matic wagon already so this would be something else for fun
