I measured it this morning and accidentally filled it over 32 Deg C by a little. Would that be a problem?
And just for future reference what would it do to the car if it had more than needed?

You should measure the trans fluid level at 80 deg C ... while the car is running.
Get an infrared thermometer (Harbor Freight sells for relatively cheap) and drive the car for 15 to 20 minutes, point the thermometer at the trans pan. If the temp shows around 80 deg (plus or minus 2 deg), take the trans fluid level measurement.

Ignore the comment about about setting the level at 80 Deg C. We can do that check later as well. 25 Deg C marker is fine.
The reason Benz give you a dipstick calibrated for different temperatures is so you can check at different temperatures.
Did you disconnect & reconnect the battery?

Have you checked for OBDII codes stored?
Have a look at this article & check for leaks around the TCU harness connector on the front RHS diagonal of the transmission.
http://www.installuniversity.com/mb/...on-o-ring.html
Also check for oil that might have wicked up the harness to the TCU under the passenger side kick plate inside the car.
I will post pics.

Here are the pdf,s on checking the electrohydraulic bush:
https://mbworld.org/forums/attachmen...e-campaign.pdf
The bush
TCU bush is 115 in this diagram has harness attached to TCU
Look here for TCU & check for oil from the bushing coming up the harness:
If you find no sign of oil leak at the bush & at the TCU then you really need to take this car to someone with a Star to be diagnosed.
You do not have the equipment to do it yourself beyond doing these checks.

I can't check it out right now because I'm not home but I did take some pictures of underneath that I thought were interesting from when I took off the under covers earlier today....
What exactly could this be, and could it be part of the problem? Seems like one to me.
And I'll check this out when I get home later.

Where the hell did that break off of?? I don't like the look of that! Is that an aluminium casting? How big is it?
Things are a mess around your steering rack. Leaks all over the place.
You are going to have to take a better look under there. Try & see where this piece comes from.
By all means post more pics. I can't identify that at present.

Thats 1 of the pieces that covers the bottom part of the car, I just unscrewed it and it looks somewhat melted. Apparently who ever had the car before me did not know how the hell to take care of this poor thing. I'm definitely going to take care of all that, but for now I just need to focus on making it run.
These are another two I took this morning before going out. Any good?

I can't see anything wrong in these photos. Suggest you carry on with the checks above.

That's just dirt & oil that has built up over time. It needs to be cleaned but is not causing your problem.

That's just a leaking fuel cap.
Are you sure that you were using an OBDII scanner that is capable of reading transmission codes. Many can't

If you are borrowing one you will have to ask the question. If you are buying one they usually make a big noise on the packaging about ability to read transmission codes - ABS etc.
The better models from Innova Equus are capable. That's what I use.

I just rented it from AutoZone. I'll ask my neighbor to see if he has one that can read transmission codes. (When he gets home later today.)
I'll just go ahead and check both the Bush and TCU and report back. Just need to wait for my mom to get here, she has the tools in her mini van.
