Noise Blower Motor
Hello
When I start the engine, I receive a lot of Noise comming from this Motor, specially when the car engine is cool.
Do I have to buy the complete piece from the dealer? They told me, that they will not fix it, any suggestions?

That is called 'secondary air pump'. It is designed to run for 90 seconds or so when you start the engine (when the engine temp is below certain threshold). It should switch-off after a minute or so. That motor is noisy while running - like a vacuum cleaner.
If that motor is not functioning properly, you would see CEL with a code set.
To my knowledge, there is no repair to that motor. New pump is expensive.

Thank you very much for your information.
As you told me, this motor is noisy like a vacuum cleaner, and it begins to increase the noise on lower temp ( 5° C). In some occasions (3 or 4 times) when I start the engine in the mornings, the engine begin to shake a little bit and I get the CEL (Check engine Light), after a while the engine stop shaking and the CEL turn off.
So I splay the motor with WD-40 (lubricant) and the noise was gone and the CEL as well, really strange.
I guess I will wait a little while, and if I get the CEL again I will go to the dealer.
By the way the cost for the ‘secondary air pump' (Mercedes dealer) is around $670 USD
