Loud Click when cutting the wheel?

When I cut my wheel all the way and start to drive from a stop I hear a loud click. My car has 18x8 and dropped with Eibach springs. What could this sound be? I don't know if it's my tires hitting the interior lining in the wheel well or something more serious. I also know the car needs to be aligned. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

What do you mean by "cutting the wheel?"

When I back out of my driveway I turn the steering wheel to the right then stop, shift to drive and then turn the steering wheel almost as far left as it can go in order to straighten out and drive on the main road. When I begin to drive while my steering wheel is "cut" all the way right I hear a loud click (coming from the suspension, wheel well?) similar to the sound after dropping the car off a jack (like a spring sound).

If you are touching the brakes when you do this it might be brake pads clacking into the forward position in the calipers having been moved to the rearward position having just reversed & stopped the car.

If not you need to steadily go through ever joint & bush in the front suspension for play.

If def is not the brake pads and I guess this sounds like something for the speed shop. I might put this off until the c32 exhaust gets installed and have them take a look then.
