Replacing timing Chain on M111 engine

Hi guys

I'm going replace the timing chain and tensioners on my car (2001 C180).

Is there anything else that i should change while the the timing chain is being replaced? (seeing as though the mechanic will need to strip most of the engine?)

I have read posts on the timing chain replacement for the M271 engines but nothing on the M111 engines.

Thanks!
