2001 c320 vs. 2002 c320
hey everyone,
anyone have insight on whether i should get a used low mileage 2001 c320 or a new 2002 c320? what are the model year differences?
also, anyone know what i should be paying for a 2001 c320 with 14,000 miles on it. it has the sunroof package and is metallic paint and has a cd changer installed.
thanks so much!

C32 AMG, Volvo S80T6
kellys shows it at about 33K
But they are always a bit high. The resale value has been very good for the C class which means they are holding up well. Low mileage is good since the warranty is good for 4 yrs or 50k miles. So you still have 3 yrs left. Sounds good to me.

2002 C240 6-spd (ret)
The differences between the model years are very minor. The only ones I can think of are:
1. The "star" emblem on the center wheel caps are chrome-like (shiny) instead of matte. (btw, you can change them for a very low cost.)
2. There's a fan (in a box) in the lower section of the center armrest to help air flow through the rear vents. Actually, my early 2002 C240 does not have this. I've heard the fan takes up most of the room in the lower section.
