Yep that doesn't sound too far off. You could save $100 on the chain and a bit on the tensioner but ultimately that would just cost time.

Is there a way to check to see if the chain should be replace? My c230 has 130,000 miles on it and the original chain. Starting the car today I listened for any noises like I hear on the youtube videos and nothing.
