'04 C240 wagon spare tire question
Greetings; my new-to-me 240S has the donut in the well but lacks jack, lug nuts, tools, tool holder, etc. How can I find a list of what I should have, and where can I purchase these items (a dealer indicated $700, which seems more than a little steep). Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Welcome! Take a look at our parts catalog here and see if you can find some of those missing components that you are needing. Post up some pictures when you can.

Thanks for the quick response; I went to your site but can't find these components, in part because searches on generic terms like "jack" or "lug nut" didn't yield pertinent results (floor jacks and various nylon fasteners etc. is not what I need...), and in part because I don't know what is needed specifically since...well...the parts are missing.

I just determined (when I went to inflate the spare) that the valve stem on the mini-spare is broken, so, basically, I need everything that goes in that well (assuming I can get the valve stem fixed or the tire replaced) except the steel mini-spare wheel.
