04 MB C230 Kompressor broken hood release. help!
Can I open my hood with a flathead from the grill? Someone please help... I need my hood opened asap..

Please help.. I pulled the cable from the drivers side wheel well and the cable snapped from the latch on the passenger side. I can only get the driver side to release.. my mechanic said the only way to get it open again is by breaking the hood. Please tell me that there's another way!!
