2001 C240, 2011 Honda pilot EX-L RES, 2005 Tundra
I have seen 1 c320 wagons where I live, Pensacola, FL. Actually C320's in general seem rarer then C230/240/280. Most of W203's around my area are C230's, C240's and C280's sedans. So yes, I would say they are rarer than the other models. But I don't have the exact statistics.

I don't know if I'd say they are rare, but definitely not common. As the OP has said, the smaller engined wagons/sedans are much more popular.
