Check fuel pressure. I'd make sure your injectors aren't clogged. But to be safe, you'd be better off getting a dealer/indy to use an SDS on the car for a proper diagnosis. It'll show you magical things you never knew you could see.

The braided hose that goes to the fuel rail(for injector feed), if there is fuel reaches there, that will fine,
then you have to check the starter fuse 31 or 52 or 57 in the front fuse box(SAM)....

As i know; you should have "2" fuel sender units, both feed each other, maybe this is the issue you have,
did you check the starter fuse in the front fuse box(SAM) first...??

When put the key in the ignition and turn it to "position 2", you should hear a humming/vibrating sound from the fuel pump for approx. 2-3 seconds. If you don't hear anything, you may have a faulty pump or no power getting to it. Keep us posted on what the problem is.

how would I check the rear SAM? I think its working because I can hear the relay clicking when the key is position #2.....so I figured it was the ECU? you think resetting it would help?

I don't think reset will help,, reset in another thing, the mystery things, why no power goes to the fuel pump,
of course ECU could do that, try to unplug the ECU & see maybe some of elecrrical pins loosing or something....!!
