It starts to misfire a little and i get P0012, something to do with the timing.
The light goes off after a few driving cycles(that only include easy acceleration).

Camshaft position sensor. I recall reading something about the front sensors or magnets going bad and leaking oil or something of the sort. I'm sure someone else will chime in with more details, but at least now you know what the code relates to! Good luck

Same thing happen to me check those sensors and wipe the oil off if there is any, it made my engine light turn off, I'm going to dealer tomorrow to see if they'll fix it cause that was supposed to be a recall

can you please update us what happens? also can you tell me more about that recall?

Turns out recall doesn't include the cam sensor seals, but the wires connected to the sensors are what does get replaced

I heard that the wires are part of some service campaign and not a recall. did they charge you anything?
i will post an update tomorrow once i inspect the camshaft sensor

Yeah they replaced wires back in August to avoid getting oil in them but they still got oil in them..... fantastic recall mercedes....
