Looks like the expansion tank/hose there, and the plastic pipe that goes into the block.

welp, took 3 hours, but I replaced it. Note: the bottom clamp likes to slide down the tube, making for an interesting 30 minute journey to retrieve it. Also, the front star-shaped nut SUCKS- you need a miniature pool stick shaped driver to get it back in. Dropped it once, had to undo the underpanel to retrieve it. All and all, an easy fix, but a few speedbumps.
Today I realized I've been driving for the last month with like half a liter low of transmission fluid based on how I was measuring it, but I guess that's better than overfilling and having to drain AGAIN (and again).

Ok, replaced mine today. About 2 hours give or take (means experienced peeps here would do it in 45 minutes )
I found it easier to undo the three bolts on the metal exhaust shield and remove it out of the way, then the two bolts on the pipe are a piece'a'cake.
Lubed the o-rings with a dab of silicone grease and they went in effortlessly.
